This first collaboration with Southbridge Long-Term Care was erected in 3 months using Stubbe’s hollow-core slabs and precast concrete stairs.

Thanks to the structures installed by Hectare construction, senior citizens in Cornwall, Ontario will be able to enjoy spacious common areas and comfortable rooms in a facility that spans 75,000 sq. ft.
