Hectare construction was commissioned for the fourth phase of the Luxenbourg rental condos project in Charlesbourg. Acting as the construction manager for the project, Hectare was also responsible for the assembly of Peikko steel structure and Stubbe’s precast concrete products, creating a total floor area of 140,000 sq. ft.
The prefabricated construction system used in the project made it possible to build 2 levels of underground parking and 5 levels of residential units.
