A combination of construction technologies brings an array of benefits to Phase IV of the Pivot project.
This phase is the last in a series of four residential buildings reknowned for their exceptional quality and energy efficiency! There are few thermal bridges (compared to buildings constructed using cast-in-place concrete), no vibrations typically associated with conventional steel construction, and integrated fire resistance.
