Thanks to Hectare construction’s ability to consistently respect timelines, Phase III of the Pivot project was quickly initiated. Hectare was able to once again leverage Peikko and Stubbe’s proven technologies.
A system of steel beams and precast concrete significantly reduced the number of columns required. This helped optimize the overall layout, even allowing enough space in some instances for a home office and open concept area.
