Thanks to its structure and configuration, the Pivot provides its tenants with an open concept in each unit, superior soundproofing, ample windows, and indoor parking.
To accelerate the construction process, Hectare construction chose to erect the first phase of its Pivot rental condo project using Peikko’s prefabricated DELTABEAM® structures and Stubbe’s precast concrete slabs.
