As the general contractor for this rental condo project in the north of Charlesbourg, Hectare construction was able to erect an impressive building with a prefabricated concrete structure on a site presenting some technical challenges.
Perched on a slope, the Clif is a building that was constructed using composite columns and Peikko’s DELTABEAM® solutions, Stubbe’s hollow-core slabs, prefabricated walls, and steel structures. The project includes 263,000 sq. ft. of floors and 2 levels of indoor parking.
